The Results of Using the Bio Repair 8 Anti Aging Scalp and Hair System on my alopecia and hairloss

Two Months Ago, I Began Using the Bio Repair 8 Anti Aging Scalp and Hair System on my severe alopecia and hairloss and the Results Are Nothing Short of Amazing.

I have alopecia which you can read about in my journal:  My Alopecia http://www.hautecurvywoman.com/7/post/category/my-alopecia/.

Two months ago, I was given a full size trial of the THE BIOREPAIR-8 ANTI-AGING SCALP AND HAIR SYSTEM  in return for my honest review.

Here is my original article from two months ago as I began my trial of the Biorepair-8 Anti Aging Scalp and hairsystem  :http://www.hautecurvywoman.com/7/post/2017/08/the-biorepair-8-anti-aging-scalp-my-journey-is-beginning.html/

I decided to give it a full 2 months before my first review, which probably isn’t long enough, however, I wanted you to see the results.

I’ll just get right to it.

The two products, the shampoo and conditioner, were wonderful. They smell fairly good, lather well and definitely extended my haircolor by at least 3 weeks more than it would normally.

Because of how little hair I had, I only washed it 2-3 times a week (just my personal preference). I found the exfoliating brush to be too harsh on my scalp so stopped using it.

If I had one ‘con’ about it, it does not leave my hair really soft, however, that may just be my hair.

Now, for the serum that is supposed to revive my hair, I can say that I loved the smell. It has sort of an herbal, spa smell to it that I find really relaxing.

When I put it on, It does give my hair that ‘wet look’, yet it also seems to build it up to look quite a bit thicker.

I have put it on in either the morning or in the evening.

My skin and scalp are very sensitive and I never had a problem with any of the BioRepair products.

Here is the first picture taken when I first began the BioRepair -8:

Here is the picture of my hair exactly 1 month into the treatment:

Here is my hair at the two month mark:

I find the results to be nothing short of miraculous!

I still have at least 3 more weeks left of the shampoo, conditioner and serum.

I will then stop it and see what happens.

So…..do I recommend this?  Absolutely!

I would also like to thank the people from Bio-8 and Colorproof.com, who so generously sent me these wonderful products for my review.

I was surprised that they agreed to send it to someone with alopecia, as it would have been more in their favor to send it to someone with more hair.

Here, again, are their digits and I really hope you check them out and give it a try.

Alopecia: What has finally worked and it’s So Affordable

Alopecia: My 4 Month Results Using a Hair Masque

After months of unknowingly using an ointment that had Propylene Glycol (I’m allergic to it) in it, my hair had reached its worst point in the history of my living with alopecia.

I had written  at the end of 3 months( http://www.hautecurvywoman.com/7/post/2016/06/alopecia-and-my-2-month-treatment-that-is-working.html/) that I had watched a Youtube on Coconut Oil Hair Therapy for hair growth and hair renewal.

I was amazed how much hair had grown back and how much length I had gotten.

The Youtuber gave out this recipe:

Here’s the Recipe:

1.) Coconut oil 16 TSP
2.) Apple Cider Vinegar 4 TSP
3.) Almond Oil 8 TSP
4.) 1 Whole orange

I have used it at least 2X a week from March 3, 2016 to the present time.

Here is the state of my hair at the beginning of this, about 4 months ago:

My alopecia at its worst

I finally went for a haircut last week just because there was so much length now and I thought it was putting too much pressure on my remaining hair.

You have to understand how difficult it is for someone with alopecia to go to a salon. It’s not easy.

Thus, I didn’t take any time into consideration, just called up a place close to my home and got in to see them that day. Actually within a 1/2 hour.

Usually, I ask for someone really experienced because my hair is VERY difficult to cut as  you can imagine.

They told me that Gina would be cutting my hair. She was just so adorable with great hair, of course.

I walked in and began my litany of requirements because I know what works and what doesn’t work for me; Keep bangs long, hair must not have layers, don’t wash first (it doesn’t lay right then) my face is too fat for regular ‘bob’……and on and on and on.

She said “don’t worry,  you’re going to look great”.

I just put it in her hands and we talked and she was just soooo sweet and when she was done, it was freaking fabulous!

Never had I had a haircut like that in my life.

Here is the latest pic of my hair coming back on top at the 4 month mark”.

how I am treating my alopecia
My hair after 4 months of my hair masque

It’s pretty amazing!

She did such a great job and put me at ease and all I can do is hope she’ll be here forever because I know that no one could ever cut my hair like this again.

I have tried to tell people on alopecia boards about what had worked for me and I really wasn’t met with any interest.  I have nothing to gain by sharing what has worked for me, yet people seemed really skeptical.

What would I have to gain by writing what has worked for me? I’ve spent 1000’s of dollars on trying anything that would work only to find out that this $5.00 treatment a week brought my hair back.

Anyway, all my thanks to Gina, not just for the haircut, but for just being an absolute doll!

Gina, I hope that big boot is gone soon!

Warmly,

Tovah
